I had the weirdest experience, twice in one day, no joke. I was having an email conversation with my sister, Rose. In my email I told her that we had just won a new account to “brand” a company in Rockland County, NY and we were really excited about it. I’ve come to the conclusion that web developers know very little about web design, and graphic designers know very little about web development. Web design presents a bunch of challenges to a graphic designer, and it would be smart to get over it and figure the whole thing out, today.

A colleague was recently describing a custom logo design he liked. He said, “Do you know that logo design that has the picture of the house, and it’s wrapped in a scarf?” He wasn’t sure who the company was, but he remembered the imagery of the icon. He knew he has seen it on a truck driving around the area of Westchester and Orange County, NY.
